Secondly, our composite insulator offers outstanding anti-pollution flashover performance. Its hydrophobic surface ensures that rainwater forms droplets rather than a conductive film, maintaining high insulation performance even in adverse conditions and significantly reducing flashover incidents due to pollution.

Moreover, the composite insulator demonstrates superior resistance to electrical erosion. While the standard for irreversible degradation and tracking caused by surface leakage flashover is generally no less than grade 4.5 (4.5kV), our composite insulator achieves grades 6 to 7, significantly elevating the insulation standards of the power system.

Additionally, the composite insulator exhibits exceptional aging resistance. Long-term practical tests reveal negligible changes in its hydrophobicity and resistance to electrical erosion, underscoring its robust aging resistance.

Lastly, the lightweight nature of the composite insulator drastically reduces the labor intensity involved in transportation and construction, thereby enhancing work
